In a large bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT for crab meat and chives. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Fold in the crab meat, cheddar cheese, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Instructions to make Cajun Crab Dip:
  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the crab and the shredded cheese, in a food processor or mixer.
  2. Fold in the crab and shredded cheese.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Serve with your favorite crackers. I used Wheat crackers.

Top the crab dip with panko and spray the top generously with cooking spray to help the panko brown. Fold in grab meat gently (unless you want big lumps of crab meat). Take out and let cool a little. Grab your container and put your crab dip into the bowl. Serve up with some crackers, Old Bay chips (pictured) or any kind if chips you want.
