Okonomiyaki is a japanese savory pancake that is generally made with your choice of 'what you want' that's then cooked and served warm. I used up some vegetables that I had on hand and topped mine with a cooked egg white, Sriracha, and Skinny Wasabi Aioli. You could probably get away with using just about any mix of vegetables that strikes your fancy, just make sure they are grated or perhaps.   11. Put oil into the pan, pour the batter and then shape it with a spatula.
  12. Flip it over when the bubbles start popping on the surface.
  13. When it comes to easy to move on the pan, it's done frying.
  14. Put Okonomi sauce, mayonnaise and then sprinkle bonito flakes and aonori seaweed to taste.
