- Make ready Little Sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp Butter
- Get Fewas Coriander leaves stems
- Prepare As required Fresh cream
- Prepare As per taste Salt
With an immersion blender, puree soup. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender. Add the butter to a skillet and melt on medium heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and basil, and rosemary to taste.
Instructions to make Tomato cream soup:
- First for the soup. In a pan add little oil then add the chopped onions. Saute it. Then add chopped ginger, garlic, bay leaf, black peppercorn and coriander leaves steam. Stir it for 3-4 mins.
- Then add the tomatoes, add salt and sugar. Stir it. Add 1 tbsp of butter. Let it cook for 5 mins. Then add water to it. Cover and let it cook for at least 20-25 mins. Now let it cool. Either you can stain the juice or you can make a paste of the whole thing. I have made a paste of it. Then strain it.
- Now in a pan add the mixture. Add some water salt. When it comes to boil add fresh cream and stir it for 2-3 mins.
- Now for the croutons add olive oil. Then add the small pcs of bread. Toss it. Add dried parsley, thyme, oregano, salt and red chilli flakes. Fry it till it becomes crispy. But don't burn it.
- Now serve the soup with the croutons. Add fresh cream to the soup before serving.
Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup. In a large pot, melt butter. Add canned tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, spices and sugar. Return soup to a clean pot and set over low heat. Whisk in cream, if desired; season with salt and pepper.
