- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan.
- Lightly salt and pepper salmon and place in pan. Cook 3 min
- Flip salmon (should be lightly golden) and top with some sauce. Cook 3 min.
- Flip salmon again and top with some sauce on this side. Cook 2-3 more min or until salmon cooked through
