Pizza Bites are the best way to feed a hungry crowd something quick and tasty. Made by rolling all your favorite pizza ingredients cinnamon bun style and baking until cheesy and delicious! Dip these little bites in pizza sauce for serving. These cauliflower pizza bites are incredible.
Instructions to make Pizza bites with Marconi:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Now add oil into the dry ingredients and keep adding curd in parts to make soft dough.
- Once dough is ready, Knead it with oil for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take a huge kadai or pan, add salt to it for baking, put a stand into it and preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Grease the baking dish with oil and dust the flour.
- Now make a pizza bases out of the dough, I keep the height more than thin and less than thick as it is going to rise while baking, don't forget to poke it with fork.
- Bake the base for 5 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Saute all the finely chopped veggies with salt in it and then spread Pizza sauce on base and place in topping and cook it for 1-2 mins
- You can add your favourite topping to it with loads of cheese and your pizza is ready.
- Pasta - boil the pasta in water with salt in it
- Roast capsicums and tomato on gas and soak red chillies for 15 minutes
- Now grind tomato, capsicum along with red chilli and now take 2 tbsp oil and suate 1 tbsp maida and cook the paste for 2-3 minutes
- Now add salt and black pepper powder and some grated cheese to it and let it cook for 1 minute
- Add boiled macronis to cooked gravy and mix it properly and cook it for 2-3 minutes and now serve it hot.
