- Add one egg,baking powder and all purpose flour and mix everything well so that there will be no lumps
- Add some milk if the batter is thick
- Now heat a non stick pan and put some batter and make a pan cake..
- Grease with some butter or oil
- Flip and cook when both the sides are well cooked..
- Make two pancakes
- For the plating take one pancake and spread the caramelised apple over it..then place the other pancake
- Top with some honey and serve hot
