Larger crêpe-like pancakes: Blend the bananas and eggs in a blender until perfectly smooth. Make slightly larger pancakes and use a very thin spatula to flip. Carefully slide the metal spatula under each pancake and turn it over. Using the spatula, transfer the pancakes to a serving plate. Serve the pancakes while still hot with maple syrup and sliced bananas.
