  13. Take 4-5 tablespoons green chilli sauce
  14. Take 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  15. Get 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  16. Make ready 3 teaspoons red chilli powder
  17. Get 1 egg
  18. Prepare to taste Salt according
  19. Make ready As required Oil for frying
  20. Make ready 1 tablespoon cornflour
Steps to make Chilli Chicken:
  1. Chop and take 2-3 onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomatoes and make a paste of it in a mixer grinder.
  2. Wash the chicken properly in a bowl then add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 egg, turmeric powder, cornflour and red chilli powder. Marinate and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan and half fry the chicken.
  4. Remove the fried chicken from heat add more oil to the pan and heat it.
  5. After the oil heats up add bay leaf and dried red chilli, let it crackle.
  6. Then add onions and add a little bit of salt and turmeric powder then fry till it turns translucent.
  7. Add the grinded mixture that was prepared at first, capsicum and the half fried chicken and fry till the raw smell of the mixture disappears.
  8. Then add the rest of the tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes turn soft.
  9. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and fry till the raw smell disappears.
  10. Garnish it with spring onions and serve.
