- Take the mashed potatoes and add the coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it properly.
- Take the besan in a bowl and add hing, garam masala and salt. Add water and mix well. The batter shouldn’t be too thick or too thin.
- Slice the bread into triangles and spread the mashed potatoes on the bread evenly. Cover the potatoes with another slice. Dip it in the besan batter and deep fry it in the oil.
- Serve hot with chutneys
