  1. Prepare 1 bowl Rabdi
  2. Make ready 1 cup Sugar Syrup
  3. Get 4-5 Big size sandwich bread slices
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup Water for making sugar syrup
  5. Prepare For Garnishing rose petals(used artificial for decoration)
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup dry fruits (Almonds, pistachios,flax seeds )
  7. Prepare As needed Oil for frying
  8. Make ready 3 tbsp Ghee
Instructions to make Bread Ghevar:
  1. Take 3 slices of brown bread cut them in round shape with the help of a cutter or any bowl.
  2. Now also cut the centre of it with the help of a bottle cap as shown in fig.
  3. Now deep fry them in a medium flame.
  4. Drain all it's extra oil or ghee.
  5. Now prepare sugar syrup by using 1:1 ratio of sugar and water.
  6. Now cool the sugar syrup in room temperature and now with the help of a brush pour little amount of sugar syrup on the bread.
  7. Now as a toping use rabdi on the bread and cover it well as shown in the fig.
  8. After this decorate it. It's done enjoy.
