Simply mix all the ingredients together! De-seed your chilli for less heat. Serve it as an app or w/chips. Serve it as an appetizer, salad or even as a salsa with chips.

Steps to make Riped-Mango Salad:
  1. Chop in Mangoes and Green Chilies.Chop the lemon leafs in big sizes.
  2. In a mixing bowl,add choped mangoes,green choped chillis,sugar,salt,red pepper,honey,lemon leafs, Mustard paste chatni.Toss them well.
  3. Cool for 15-20 minutes and served Chilled.

This salad is a beautiful combination I would not have put together myself. I'm so glad I tried it! (Have to admit I left out the carrot - the color just didn't seem right in this beautiful salad). We don't like our salads dry so mixed up a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with a few teaspoons of brown sugar dash of salt and pepper to taste. Mango Salad makes a great salad on its own, or enjoy it as a fresh and bright side for BBQ'd chicken, pork or fish. Mangoes: Alphonso mangoes are my favourite mangoes.
