  2. Take 1 can garbanzo beans (15.5 oz)
  3. Make ready 1 can 3 bean salad (15 oz)
  4. Make ready 1 can sliced olives ( 4 oz )
  5. Make ready 1 packages hormel pepperoni minis (5 oz)
  6. Prepare 1 packages Colby jack cheese (8 oz)
  7. Take 16 oz Italian salad dressing (16 oz ) 1 bottle
  8. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
Instructions to make Mr Spock's Pasta Salad:
  1. Bring water to boil in pot and add rainbow rotini. Cook Rotini pasta until tender. (10 minutes ) Drain water from pasta through strainer. Return pasta to pot.
  2. Add garbanzo beans, 3 bean salad and olives into the pasta ( drain liquid from cans before adding ) and mix them into the pasta.
  3. Add in pepperoni bits and mix in
  4. Cut and cube the block of Colby jack cheese and mix into salad
  5. Add Italian dressing to taste. ( I usually use 3/4 of the bottle or better )
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix. Helps to soften the Italian dressing.
  7. Refrigerate and let set over night. The pasta will soak in the dressing nicely.
