- Wash and put the Turkey meat in a clean pot. Blend the fresh pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Pour half of it into the meat, add salt, cubes, sliced onions and mix together. Set on fire. Wash and add the stock fish.Wash and slice the Kpomo to bits. Keep aside
- Pour the remaining blended pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic into a dry pot. Set on fire. When it's dry, add the red oil. Blend and pour the Egusi into the pot. Fry very well.
- Pour the Turkey meat and sauce into the pot, add the dry fish, Kpomo. Allow to boil. Add salt, cubes. Add the washed bitterleaf, periwinkle, allow to boil for few minutes, stir and remove
- Boil water and bake the garri flakes. Mould as desired and serve with the sweet egusi soup
