  2. Get 4 tbsp homemade chicken masala

  7. Get 2 green chillies
  8. Make ready 1 chopped onion

Now the water from the chicken has come out. Add the chopped tomatoes and combine well. Increase the heat and cook till all the water from the chicken has dried up. Roast the chicken by stirring frequently.

Instructions to make Chicken chukka:
  1. Clean chicken and cut it to small pieces
  2. Take a pan, add oil then add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, then add onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute till onion turns brown and then add chicken
  3. Cover and cook for 10 min, then add grounded coconut paste and chicken masala
  4. Adjust salt to taste, wait till all water evaporates and you get a semi gravy consistency
  5. Serve hot

Spread few curry leaves at last. Serve with Rice, Ghee rice, Chappathi or porotta.
