- Heat a pan, Add butter and oil
- Add Mushrooms and saute for 5 min and keep stirring on medium flame
- Add onions and garlic and cook until Golder brown
- Add Black pepper powder and salt
- Add water and corn flour slurry and cook for 5 min
- Cool down and use mixer grinder to blend
- Pour it to pan and add some Black pepper powder and fresh cream
- Mix it well and cook for 2 mins and Mushroom Soup is ready to serve.
- Garnish with fresh cream and chopped green chilli and Mushrooms
