  14. Get 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (stir frying, optional)
  15. Get 30 g Chives (cut 2 inch lengths)
  16. Prepare 30 g Spring Onions (cut 2 inch lengths)
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup Water or Stock

  3. ASSEMBLY; Add the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water (or stock) into the sauce and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the chives. Serve on a plate and garnish with spring onions.
