  2. Prepare Marinated ingredients :
  3. Get 2 tbs soy sauce
  4. Take 1 tbs dijon mustard
  5. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. Make ready 3 tbs honey
  7. Prepare 1 tbs melted butter
  8. Make ready 1 tbs brown sugar

  1. Clean salmon and pat dry.
  2. Cut it into half and rub salmon with marinated ingredients.
  3. Keep marinated salmon on ziplock bag and put on the fridge until 2 or 3 hours.
  4. Heat pan on medium high heat with non stick spray or olive oil, and put salmon skin side down. Not with the glaze (marinating sauce). Cook on both side in 2-3 minutes.
  5. When it's done. Lower the heat and pour leftover glaze/marinating sauce to the salmon and cook it in another minutes (be careful not to burn it)
  6. Plating salmon with other veggies. And enjoy!
