- Heat a pan add ghee and add sliced onion and fry it till golden in colour and keep aside
- Now take a jar put curd and add fried onion and blend it and keep aside
- Now take the same pan with ghee in it and heat it and add all the whole spices and stir it - now add chicken and stir it and add ginger garlic paste and stir it again
- Now add fried onion - curd paste that we made and stir it up well
- Now add all masala powder, salt and cover it and cook on low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes or when chicken is done
- Now sprinkle chopped coriander and give it a final stir
- Now Chicken korma is ready
- Serve it
