  1. spray skillet with pam and let it heat on medium/high
  2. spread hummus on tortilla (I used the tuscan italian one)
  3. cut the peppers and onion (or any other fresh ingredient like spinach, olives etc)
  4. add veggies on top of hummus
  5. place tortilla on the pan, it will make the bottom crispy (about 4 minutes)
  6. reduce heat
  7. add desired cheese and put the lid on top to melt
  8. cut with pizza cutter and enjoy your easy, universal, healthy pizza!!
