To freeze pizza dough, place the pizza dough balls into resealable plastic bags. How to make thick crust pizza: If you prefer thick crust pizza, you have a couple of options โ do one or both for a thicker crust! For each pizza, brush the pizza pan with a little olive oil. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Lift the dough onto the prepared pan and press the dough to the edge of the pan.
