- Get For pizza dough-
- Take 2 cups wheat flour
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
- Take 1/2 cup water it as needed
- Make ready 1.5 tbsp olive oil

- Make ready 3/4 tsp sugar
- Prepare As required Pizza sauce- I used readymade

Combine the whole wheat flour, yeast-water mixture, olive oil, sugar and salt in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Instructions to make Wheat base pizza:
- Making pizza dough: - Pour lukewarm water in a cup. - Add yeast & sugar to lukewarm water and stir it. Set aside for 10 to 15 mins and allow it to proof.
- After 15 mins the yeast should activate and turn bubbly or frothy.
- When the water turns frothy, add flour, salt and oil. - Next, mix and make a dough adding more water if needed.
- Knead the dough very well until very soft and pliable for about 5 to 7 mins. - The dough must be soft & elastic.
- Place it in a warm place and let it rise till it’s double in size.
- Sauté veggies in little oil and season them. Add oregano too in it.
- Preheat the oven to 240 C° for atleast 20 to 25 mins. - Transfer the dough to the work area.
- Punch the dough once to deflate it. Cut to 2 to 3 portions. - Gently shape it to a ball. - Lightly grease the pizza tray. - Place the pizza dough over the tray and flatten it slightly.
- Add few drops of oil and begin to flatten it. Spread to a round disc of desired thickness. - Prick it with the fork and place the tray in the oven and bake it for 5 to 7 mins.
- Once base it is baked. Spread the pizza sauce as desired. Layer the veggies and then the grated cheese.
- Lastly sprinkle Italian herbs and red chilli flakes.
- Bake for 10 to 12 mins until the base is cooked and cheese turns slightly golden.
- Slice and serve it hot.
