- Add salt, black pepper powder and spinach. Mix well. Add grated cheese and mix well. Cook till cheese melts. Spinach Alfredo sauce is ready. (Mostly parmesan cheese is used. You can add whichever you have).
- Take a pizza base. Apply prepared spinach Alfredo sauce on it. Spread mozzarella cheese on it. Sprinkle some chopped spinach on it. Bake into preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or until brown spots appears.
- Delicious spinach Alfredo pizza is ready. Cut into pieces and serve.
The sauce works perfectly on the pizza, but is so good that it would be great served over pasta as well. As a variation, try adding herbs - such as rosemary or oregano - to the pizza dough!
