- On a lightly floured surface, flatten one ball of dough with hands. Use a rolling pin to roll to a diameter larger than the pie plate. Loosely wrap crust around rolling pin and transfer to pie plate. Add filling to pie plate.
- Roll remaining dough for top crust. Place in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
- Once done, cool pan on a wire rack. Enjoy the sliced pie with ice cream or whipped cream!
