- FOR THE DIP. take a mixing bowl then pour your plain yogurt or Greek yogurt and mix it with a chopped fresh coriander and mix it well until they are well mixed.
- Take a piece of your cooked pancake put it on a chopping board and then apply your potatoes fillings on the centre of your pancake and roll it. Then cut it into slices and before you serve it pour some coriander yogurt on top of your potatoes pancake.
