- Chop onion
- Chop broccoli

- Heat the tawa.
- Make medium balls and directly spread talipeeth on tawa or make it on plastic sheets. Make 3-4 holes
- Slowly take it from sheets and roast on heated tawa. It ll take little time to roast. Roast from both sides.
- Usually it is served with curd and shenga podi along with green chilli and onion.
- I have served it with shenga alsi chutney,( peanutflax dry chutney,curd along with fried green chilli, onion and tomato.
Here I am sharing my mom's recipe of Thalipeeth Bhajani. The recipe calls for use of Pearl millet , Sorghum , Rice , Wheat , split Bengal Gram , skinned and split black gram. Heat the griddle or non-stick tava and gently remove thalipeeth from plastic sheet and place it on tava. Apply little oil or ghee at the edges, in the center hole and on top of the thalipeeth and cook on both the sides until it turns crisp and light brown in colour.
