  1. In mixing bowl add nachini flour, chopped onion and coriander leaves, green chilli,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,curd. Mix well.
  2. Add enough water to make soft dough. Divide into 4 portions.
  3. Take one portion of prepared nachini dough. Place on sheet,pat with your fingers to make round roti.
  4. Place on warm non stick tawa. Make hole in middle. Pour 1 tsp oil in centre and on edge. Cover and cook for few minutes on medium low flame.
  5. Flip and cook on medium high flame for few minutes.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Nachini Thalipeeth with Fresh Curd.
