- Heat wok and roast semolina till it change the colour. Transfer it to a plate.

- In mixing bowl add roasted semolina, curd, salt, chana dal, mustard seeds, dried curry leaves and cashewnuts.mix all the ingredients well and keep aside for 15minutes. In bowl mix onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil on non-stick pan, place ladleful batter and onion, green chillies and coriander leaves on it, cook from both the sides till it turn into golden brown.
