  1. Prepare 2 cups maida / all-purpose flour
  2. Take 2 Eggs
  3. Take 1 cup milk

  6. Get As needed Vegetables as per choice (I have added carrot, green capsicum, onion, ginger, tomato)
  7. Take 4 tsp Oil
Steps to make Veggie Pancake:
  1. Chopped all the vegetables in small cubes or you can grated it.
  2. In a mixing bowl add vegetables, egg, salt, pepper, flour & milk. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. In a pan brush a little bit of oil on medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoon of batter in pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until light golden brown in color. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Serve hot with some tomato ketchup & enjoy…. :) :)
