  2. In a large mixing bowl, crush crackers with a potato masher.
  3. Add beef and stir.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, & tomato. Stir.
  5. Add salt, pepper, eggs, & mustard. Mix well.
  6. Shape mixture into a loaf pan or 3-4 quart dish & cover with foil.
