  8. Cool the cake in pan & then remove the delicious carrot cake from the mould.
  9. Transfer it to a serving plate.
  10. Made carrot Halwa with grated carrot, milk,milk powder & sugar.
  11. Now I made a cookpad logo on the carrot cake with carrot/ Gajar Halwa, icing sugar & chocolate sauce (mixed it with coco powder & melted cadberry chocolate).
  12. Serve the delicious & healthy carrot cake.
