- Place one disc, add filling, spread nicely, apply maida paste on edges, cover it with another disc, press edges lightly, press with fork on edges.
- Make a batter of maida and water, take one piece and dip into slurry, coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown, flip and fry on both sides.
- Bread kachori is ready to serve, serve hot with tarmaid chutney or green mint chutney.
