  5. Roll each of the three parts into a long strip and make a braid with the three strips. Close the ends.
  6. Generously pour 1 egg on this braided bread dough and sprinkle some sugar on top.
  7. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and place the dough on it. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes till the bread turns golden brown. Enjoy it with butter or as is!
