Now for besan batter take the besan in a bowl, add water in it till it gets liquid nicely then add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, fennel seeds in the batter, and at last add baking soda in the batter, batter must not be too thick or too loose, it's consistency must be accurate.
- Now take a fry pan and keep oil to get hot,now take breads, cut both from middle in a triangle shape, now add potato stuffing in one triangled pair of the breads, dip into the besan batter and deep fry into the pan, now once it get brown from both sides take bread pakora outside from the pan, remember the oil must be super 🔥hot.
