- In another mixing bowl add grated boiled potato, boiled pea, green chilli, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder.
- Heat cooking oil in a karahi. Cut bread pieces in two halves. Apply potato mixture on one half evenly. Place the other half over it. Dip in Gram flour paste and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from the other side also.
- Serve hot with sauce.
