Banana Bread is one of the most well liked of recent trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Banana Bread is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

I'm not a big fan of banana bread, but we had three or four bananas wasting away in the pantry so I decided to give this bread a shot. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. A not too sweet, super-moist, deep golden brown, dense banana bread with a crispy sugary crust right out of the oven.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have banana bread using 11 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Banana Bread:
  1. Get 120 g egg (2*60g)
  2. Prepare 80 g brown sugar
  3. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Get 240 g mashed ripe banana
  5. Prepare 200 g bread flour, sifted
  6. Prepare 40 g Cake flour, sifted
  7. Take 8 g baking soda
  8. Take 80 g melted butter
  9. Take 40 g oil
  10. Make ready 80 g condensed milk
  11. Make ready 1 tbs Rum

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter with spoon until light and fluffy. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Instructions to make Banana Bread:
  1. Grease and flour 8 nonstick rectangle carbon steel muffin pan (5.59cm) or 85 inch loaf pan.
  2. Preheat the oven at 170oC.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: flours, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a large bowl mix wet ingredients: egg, sugar, rum, melted butter, oil, banana, condensed milk, until combined. Combine the dry into the wet, 1/3 at a time, being careful not to over mix! (Or you will have tough bread!)
  5. Bake for 40- 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. If bread starts to brown too much on the top, cover with foil and continue to bake until cooked through.
  6. Cool on rack.
  7. Slice into thick slices and serve.
  8. Note: You can add 40g of bittersweet chocolate, and 40g of Pecans or Walnuts after mixing flour for another choice.

There are several possible explanations behind this. You may have added too much or too little baking soda, or maybe your baking soda has already gone bad. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. I firmly believe that banana bread is something you should be able to make anytime and anywhere, with a mixer or with a fork, in a loaf pan or in a muffin tin — whenever you have a few bananas going soft and freckly. Banana bread is a great way to use up extra bananas (or those ones that go brown).
