- While mixer is on medium speed, slowly add water in a stream until its all poured in
- Mix with the paddle attachment until a ball is formed
- Place the ball into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap tightly for 24 hrs
- After the 24 hrs - Pre heat your oven to 450 degrees, once at 450, place Dutch oven without the cover in fr 30 min
- While waiting the 30 min, roll dough into a ball using fresh flour sprinkled on the counter (cover and let rest)
- When the 30 min are up, remove the Dutch oven and place a piece of pre cut parchment paper in the bottom place the dough onto the parchment paper and sprinkle half handful of flour
- Cut an “X” across the dough
- Cover and put in the oven for 30 min
- Remove cover and continue baking for 8-15 minutes (this depends on your oven, mine usually takes 8 min to get a golden crust on top, just keep an eye on it)
- Slice and Devour!!!! I suggest a strong cheese with honey, maybe some tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and olive oil. etc etc
