- preheat oven 180°
- in a large bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour , white sugar, salt

- mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon and leave it
- spread the dough on a clean table and add a little bit of flour to prevent sticking
- spread the dough on rectangular shape
- melt the butter and spread the butter on the dough
- add the cinnamon and sugar mixture to the dough and spread it on all tge dough
- roll the dough then cut it into small rolls and flip it in a large pan and put it in the oven for 15 to 20 min
