  3. Add the tomatoes (I usually chop them the same size as the cucumber)
  4. Add in your jalapenos (optional)
  5. Add in your cilantro
  6. Add in your tuna, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well

Combine the tuna with the lime juice mixture just before serving to maintain the bright red color of the fish–a must-do if you like tuna rare. Transfer the cubed tuna to a medium glass or ceramic bowl and stir in the red onion, lime juice and black pepper. Tuna ceviche is a raw tuna dish that is a perfect for a starter, it is really quick to prepare, cheap to buy and deliciously fresh; a great fish recipe. To a small bowl, add tuna, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, and garbanzo beans. Carefully stir in oil and lemon zest.
