  1. In a pan add water 2 tbsp of oil and salt and boil it, now add soaked rice and 2 tbsp of vinher and boil it, turn of the flame and drain out when rice r 1/3 cooked.

In second step.,in a pan add oil nd onion when onion changes its color in to pink add ginger garlic paste now cook until onion becomes golden brown, now add sabut garam masla nd mix it. now add chicken nd cook it until chicken changes its color now add potatoes all spices except jaifil nd jawatri powder. Add some water nd cook it for 10-15 mins pr until chicken nd potatoes cooked. Now turn off the flame add yogurt, jaifil and jawatri powder, tomatoes nd mix, now again turn on the flame
  3. Cook them until oil seperates, now add green chillies, coriander and mint leaves and layer of rice and then food colour,,, then cover it for 10 mins,,, briyani is ready to go 😍
