This is an easy but flavorful pasta salad that I'm always asked to bring to potlucks. With chunks of onion, tomato, and bacon, smothered in Ranch dressing, it is full of flavor! This salad tastes best if made several hours ahead of time.

  1. Make ready 6 cups Romaine Lettuce
  2. Prepare 4 Bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
  3. Prepare 1 Tomato, medium (I used cherry tomatoes)
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
  5. Take 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing (I used bacon ranch)
  6. Get 1/4 tsp Pepper
  7. Take 2 1/2 cups Bow Tie Pasta

I can make a huge batch of this for a cookout for very little. Plus, it is so tasty that everyone always wants the recipe. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and bouillon for the dressing. Combine rotini, bacon, tomato, and green onion.

Steps to make BLT Pasta Salad:
  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. Chop lettuce and tomato and throw all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. (I added another tbsp of bbq sauce and added more pepper, also added salt)
