  4. Allow to cool
  5. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, and whisk until smooth (if you own an immersion blender, now is the time to use it).
  6. Add toasted sesame seeds and oil
  7. Whisk until smooth
  8. Combine with pasta and vegetables
  9. Toss to coat

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper; shake well. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; place in a bowl. Add chicken and half of the dressing; toss to coat. Cook al dente, according to the directions on the pasta package.
