  7. When water boiled add rice cook until 90 persent done.drain water set aside.
  8. Now open lid of chicken after 10 minutes.chicken is tender and oul saparat.
  9. Now remove chicken from pan.only oil and some masala remain.
  10. Now add 1/3 portion of rice add chicken masala on rice.
  11. Add second layer of rice.repeat chicken mixture onrice
  12. Now add rice again.now garnish with mint leaves fresh coriander green chillies and lemon slices.add yellow foog colour in 4 tbsp of water sprinkle on biryani cover and cook in steam on low heat for 15 minutes
  13. Open lid serve hot with raita.
