- You can use butter or margarine instead of the broth. The broth is just a low fat and healthier way. And if you have a fresh lemon in fridge feel free to squeeze it on top!! Gives it a little extra lemon kick. You can also use more or less garlic depending on you likes. Enjoy!!
Place the chicken in the bag. Seal the bag and move the chicken around to coat in the marinade. Add broth, wine and lemon juice and return the chicken and any accumulated juices to the pan.
