- Cut the top off the strawberries and place in salad (* rinse strawberries first)
- Rinse blueberries and place them in the salad mix
- Take 1tsp of raw vinegar and sprinkle over salad
- Place the lid on top or use a large spoon or fork & toss the salad mix around
- Sprinkle the cheese on top/ blend in
- Add the cherry peppers & Greek peppers in salad
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds & flaxseed on top..Enjoy
