Instructions to make Beef Macaroni Gratins:
  1. Put dash of salt and boil the macaroni in water above macroni level. (Approx 30 minutes). Drain well and mix with butter.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add chopped onions to it, saute to soft and add minced beef.  Stir with salt and pepper and cook well.
  3. In another pan melt 3 tablespoon of butter over low heat. Blend in 5 tablespoon of flour,saute well untill raw smell goes,taking  care not to burn the ingredients. Add the milk and stir well. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Sprinkle some parsely in to it.The sauce is ready now.
  4. Mix macaroni with meat mix and white sauce.
  5. Greaze a glass tray with salad oil. Pour the ingredients to the tray and sprinkle cheese powder all over the top. Bake the tray in a 190° preheated oven till the top is golden color (approx 30 minutes).
  6. Remove from oven and serve hot.
