- Mash the avocado up roughly with a fork and mix in lemon juice, salt and the chopped apple.

In a small bowl, mash avocado half. In separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining teaspoon lemon juice.
