- Get 1 Cup Thick Beaten Rice / Poha
- Get 2 Potato (boiled)

- Take 1 tsp Mango powder
- Get 1 pinch Asafoetida
- Get 1/2 tsp Salt

- Get 1 Cup maida/All purpose flour
- Take 1/2 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp Onion seeds
- Make ready 1 pinch salt
- Get 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Air Fryer Poha Samosa:
- Wash Beaten Rice/ Poha and drain it. Wash potatoes and cut in to half and pressure cook for 3 whistles. When it is done. Cool it and allow standing time for 2 minutes. In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it properly.
- Then add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ajwain, mango power, salt, coriander powder, ginger and green chilli paste. Add Poha and mixed properly. If you want to add coriander leaves you can, I am not having coriander leaves so I didn't use it. Once it is done. Keep aside
- In a bowl. Combine maida, ajwain seeds, onion seeds, 1 tbsp oil and salt.Mix…properly. Then add enough water and knead a medium dough. Stuff the mixture into the balls and roll it like a thick chapati. Take a samosa mould keep the poha mixture in the centre portion of the chapati and pressed gently. Open the mould and take out the smaosa from the mould. Keep aside.
- Mean while preheat Air fryer for 180 the C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes cool it and take out the basket from Air fryer. Brush oil in the basket and keep the samosa batch wise. Don't over crowd it. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Check in between. If it is done.
- Transfer to a serving dish and Ready to serve with Sweet and Sour Tamarind chutney
