  2. Get 1 can chunk crab

Cut each avocado in half, peel and remove the pit. Place crabmeat in center of large serving platter. Arrange avocado and tomato wedges alternately around crabmeat. Cut the tomatoes in half, or into quarters if large.

  1. Drain crab and place in bowl.
  2. Finely chop tomato and stir into crab.
  3. Add relish, mayonaise and salt and stir.
  4. Slice avocado lengthwise in 1/2. Discard seed. Cut flesh into squares and add to crab mixture. Reserve avocado rinds.
  5. Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lime into crab avocado mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  6. Spoon mixture into avocado half rinds and serve.

Cut the avocado in half lengthways and remove the stone. Peel off the skin, then cut into thin slices. Put the rocket, tomatoes and avocado into a large bowl. Squeeze over the remaining lemon juice and the olive oil. Season, then toss until the salad is coated with the dressing.
