- Get 6 eggs
- Get 1 tbsp Fresh basil
- Get 1 Green onion

- Take 4 oz Imitation crab meat

Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Meanwhile whisk together eggs, cream and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. Heat non-stick skillet over low heat; add butter and crab. When butter is melted add eggs.
Steps to make Crab scrambled eggs:
- Chop up fresh basil and green onion. Slice mushrooms.
- Coat frying pan with olive oil over medium heat
- Add fresh basil, onion, and mushrooms to the pan. Heat until mushrooms look half way cooked.
- Add crab meat to the pan. Continue to sautee for about 4 to 5 min. (Or until u feel the crab is heated thru)
- Add eggs and dash of salt and pepper to taste. Scramble ingredients until eggs are cooked. Add cheese if you'd like.
Once the eggs are cooked, it's time to build your breakfast - generously butter your toasted bread with the crab butter before folding over the scrambled eggs. Top the eggs with the remaining white crab meat, diced chives and a dusting of paprika. Add the crab, mustard, parsley and chives and check the seasoning. Fill the egg shells with the scrambled eggs and top with a dollop of crème fraiche, sprinkling the piment or cayenne pepper over the top. Mix in cubed cream cheese and crabmeat.
