Kurkuri means crispy and Bhindi means okra. This spicy, crispy okra is simply delicious. The okra is marinated in spices, coated with flour, and then deep fried for a satisfying crunch. Heat the oil in frying pan moderately over medium high heat.

- Take okra and mix all spices except salt.Because if you add salt then would be soft.set aside for 15 minuets
- Now add salt and take oil in a pan let it hot and fry in a low heat till u feel its getting crispy.you can also use air fryer for it those who are on diet.
Fry the okras in batches without over crowding. Bhindi fry recipe - thinly sliced bhindi are mixed with besan and shallow fried in little oil till they are slightly crispy and crunchy. For shallow frying, always use non-stick and wide pan (not deep). When wide pan is used, okra are arranged in single layer while cooking.
